Runihura would not help but give a smirk when she took the literal bait. All it took was a few seconds. The boy could not help but cackle as his little sister went flying. She might be blood, but she was not his littermate. It made for slightly less of a connection compared to what he felt for Menkhet and Bastet, or even Kaliban for that matter. Still, he also knew he wouldn't hurt her too badly. That would cause more trouble than it was worth with his parents. Their small commotion had certainly garnered the groundhog's attention and fear sent it down into it's hole. Shame, he thought, it might have actually made a nice snack.
It was no real loss. The better part of the afternoon was the sight before him. A tumbled over Rana resulted in Hura letting out a hearty laugh. He didn't exactly rough-house like this with his littermates anymore, but the younger siblings? It made both for fun and to let them know their place in the hierarchy.
All the same, Hura rather unceremoniously laid down as Rana removed her fury from the clump of grass she had ripped up to him. He contemplated feigning hurt as she took her teeth to his paw and leg. He growled in warning to watch her bite for now.
