Hey you guys!
For anyone who’s already involved with the characters below, or would like to be, please have a look through the ones of my bunch that’ll be at Luthien some point while the war continues on. I’ve briefly listed some info about each character and why they’re involved with the war, as well as some possible ideas.
Thought I’d start a separate thread for this, because I’m listing quite a few. If anyone is interested in plotting or forming a group thread with any of these guys, please lemme know (either here or pm on discord) <3 Also, if you’re needing someone for a plot/role in a thread you’re already planning, please feel free to ask! I’m keen to get a bunch of character development from the war, so, open to anything, especially with some of my newer chars, like Dalibor and Banshee, as well as Echo <3 (Also, tentatively considering tossing Ofelia in somewhere, but not 100% sure yet if that’ll happen, depends on Xiomara’s decisions/desires)
Banshee My brutally savage, heavily scarred giant of a mare. She’s mute and bloodthirsty. Pretty much sums her up. She’ll have initially followed Shaydowfax & Bahadir, but after losing track of them, will be charging around wildly looking for a fight with anyone/everyone.
Plot ideas:
Please fight her.
Also, running into one/some of the young foals might quiet her rage and put an end to her rampage. And then she’ll be fiercely protective of said foal(s). Won’t hesitate to attack anyone who comes near, even if it is a friend/family member/ally. Likely to traumatise the poor foal(s) she’s protecting with her violent tendencies, whoops.
Dalibor My angry, mute boy who’s lost his way after his mother’s death on the mainland. He’s recently returned, desperately searching for any family he has left. He’s near identical to his father Vodnik in colouration and markings, albeit smaller in build. Will likely have noticed the large force gathering and descending upon Luthien, and have followed out of interest. He’s got no idea why there’s fighting, but he’ll dive in headfirst, regardless.
Plot ideas:
Up for fighting anyone.
Could end up protecting foals/mothers who need help.
Sabrina – maybe Rowena could recognise him? He’ll probably recognise/remember Dances (from a brief time together they spent on the mainland) and go to his aid.
Dances With Wolves (&Southsong) A new resident to the Forest. Reunited with his mother after 10 or so years, only to lose her. Unwittingly caught up in the middle of the chaos that erupted around him, he’s gonna get his newborn brother out of danger, and then come back for Rowena if she’s still caught up in the fighting.
Plot ideas:
Not anything specific. The world is falling to pieces around him, and all he wants is to protect Rowena and Echo (and the two colts). He’ll be very torn between getting his tiny brother to safety and going to Rowena’s aid. Will likely take much more damage than he’s able to dish out because he’s definitely not a fighter.
It’s highly likely he’ll sort of shut down at some point and become entirely useless/a vulnerable sitting target, as he struggles to process the chaos and the death of his mother and always all the emotions…
Echo (&Eastwise) Blind daughter of Rowena and Dances, with a young colt. She’ll probably bolt after being attacked by Elvira, and injure herself further. Dances may eventually locate her, and leave newborn Southsong with her, so she’ll be focused on ensuring both colts are safe
Plot ideas:
Already got some stuff pre-plotted with Collision, but I’d definitely love it if there were any other sympathetic stallions on Warsaw’s side that’d at least show some concern for a blind mare with two young colts. She’s been pretty sheltered up until now, aside from when she was forcebred by Warsaw, and I’d love for her to develop friendships/perhaps deeper relationships with ones she doesn’t realise are part of the invading force, and then feel conflicted about that later when she eventually finds out. Something like that anyway.
Kahraman This is still wip

Kolfinna Peak mare. As one of the few mares without a dependent foal, Kolfinna will likely follow Macabre & others to Persephone’s aid. Though she’s not much of a fighter, she’ll do what she can to protect and defend.
Plot ideas:
Not much tbh. She’ll likely stick with her fellow amazons.
Would try to disengage from the battle & assist any injured ally that she comes across
Lorel My tiny gentle extreme pacifist boy who has no place in a war. He’ll get caught up in it regardless, following guidance he believes to have received in a dream. Will avoid fighting and protect the innocent, not backing down even when threatened.
Plot ideas:
Already have plotted stuff out for him, but need a foal or two for him to find and protect.
Naz Strong, wise and independent marwari mare, currently residing on the borders of the Dunes. She’ll only be drawn into the war in order to ensure Bahadir’s safety, and will fight by his side.
Plot ideas:
She’s gonna have a run in with my boy Kahraman at some point, but aside from that, she’ll not leave Bahadir.
Ragnarr A rather unwilling encroacher upon the Forest, though he stinks of the Lagoon, he is only here because of Lorel, and is desperate to find his little brother and return with him to the Lagoon. After how he and his kin have been treated by the Bachelor leadership, he’s very disillusioned and feels no loyalty to them.
Plot ideas:
Possible altercation with a Luthien resident who might rightly attack him on sight, thinking him to be part of the invading force.
Tigerlily My poor troubled girl who’s had it pretty rough, having just lost another foal, stillborn. Although having committed to looking after a young filly in the Ridge, she’ll eventually be drawn into the chaos, against Bjorn’s explicit wishes, in order to search for Dances With Wolves and make sure he’s okay.
Plot ideas:
If she comes across Warsaw, Cullen, Rougaru or Ivar, she’d target them, before withdrawing.
Otherwise she’ll just be looking for Dances, and might end up hiding from the conflict with him/his family.
Likely to break down and take out her grief out on Dances at some point.
Erin – perhaps Bjorn finds her there while he’s looking for Elvira/afterwards, and take her back home with him? After seeing her all emotional with Dances? (for the extra drama;D)
Vihaan My Prairie-born Desert girl who’s probably going to stick around the Prairie with her mother, siblings, & her father’s herd. She promised Cain that she wouldn’t get hurt, so she’ll likely mainly remain on the defensive, assisting her mother and generally making sure everyone is okay/calming them down & such. Very slight chance she may end up in the Forest, but this would only be to make sure Sham is okay/go to his aid if needed, otherwise she’ll avoid fighting.
Plot ideas:
Mainly anything in the Prairie. She could escort anyone not fighting to safety/help protect the vulnerable etc.
