Well, she's not in the thread proper. As in, Rowena wouldn't have left her in clear sight of the warring crowd of horses. She's hiding in the trees, but I guess Elvira could have trailed them and then attacked Echo before following Rowena into the open/clearing where the fight broke out. Echo's terrified and overwhelmed by all the sounds and strange scents, so, when she's attacked out of the blue, completely unprovoked, she's going to bolt. Maybe Warsaw catches sight of her fleeing haphazardly or something?
Honestly though, if Warsaw approached her, she's have a full on panic attack, because his chasing her down and forcing himself on her really traumatised her, so, that probably wouldn't go down well at all, and she'd be terrified that he was going to hurt her again, or do something to her son.
Could definitely throw Lorel into the mix there, if I don't find another thread to stick him into (several of my threads are already gonna contained two or more of my own characters, so, if possible I'd like to spread things out a bit if that makes sense?).
As for Dalibor, yeah, he was rejoined but hasn't been posted anywhere as of yet. It'd be interesting to thread him with Maeve, as he can be intimidating and threatening, but will calm down as soon as he sees her foal. The double barrier to communication that you mentioned will make it interesting indeed - I might toss him into her current thread shortly, and they can interact a little, with him being drawn away back to the ongoing fights once Maeve seems settled/backing off if she's super nervous about his presence.
