Dandelion continued on her path, mindful of both the sky and her surroundings. She had to watch her step more than usual this close to the river bank. Especially since she knew there would be many who would miss her if she was swept away by the river. The young woman started to hum to herself, as she had started to simply enjoy her walk in the cooler air. It really did feel like it would rain soon. But in an instant, the impending rainfall was forgotten when something... Rather, someone, caught her eye.
From the distance, the golden blonde wolfess could not quite place him as the wind was at her back. She frowned slightly, but as he got closer she most certainly recognized him. "It's you!" she said with an excited wave of her tail. That waving tail turned into a wiggle of her entire body. Dandelion did always enjoy a good game, run, or whatever else, and even though it had only been the one time, their race down the valley and around the lake had been a lot of fun.
"I never forget a face, or a good race," she said with a wink. Of course, his name eluded her. Did he actually introduce himself back then? Even if he had, Dandelion never forgot a face. "Dare to try to race again?" she teased. Even the winner of that run in their youth was lost to her, but with him here now, they could totally pick up just like they had then if he wanted to. Or not, she wouldn't be upset either way.
