CHARITABLE ADVERTISING on Web Site There are many worthwhile charitable causes in existence, but we can only accept sponsorship or fundraising efforts on Fusilier Association websites, that specifically support approved Fusilier charities. This essentially means that it is acceptable to use these pages to seek sponsorship for The Fusiliers Aid Society (which includes Fallen Fusiliers), and The Fusilier Memorial fund only. We now have our own dedicated justgiving site (http://www.justgiving.com/fusiliersaidsociety), which you can use to help raise money for your cause. If you let RHQ (Asst Regt Sec) know the specific cause you are raising money for, it will be directed to the correct fund. Messages soliciting sponsorship for causes or charities other than the Fusilier ones mentioned above should not be placed on the message board and may be removed by the Webmaster.

Message details for C\Sgt Paddy Robert Ingham 1RRF

I have received this message from ex WO2 Terry Burt 1RRF. Message - Ronnie just to let you know ex C\Sgt Paddy Robert Ingham 1RRF, passed away this Thursday morning 21st February 2020, after losing his battle with Cancer. Would you please inform the Fusiler websites. He was a ex Colour Sergeant with 1RRF 76-89 he was in Z Coy, then Mortars condolences for his wife Diane and son Kelvin. Paddy Ingham's address 12 Chesterfield Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB4 1LN. I have also recieved a message from Tich Howe which reads - 'Paddy' Robert Ingham died from cancer after a long struggle in local hospice. He was visited by Tony Spence, Carl Hire and Mick Reid all 1RRF night before and possibly at his side when he passed but not sure.

Funeral details for Mike Power 3RRF

The time and date for the funeral Mick Power 3RRF, will be on Thursday 27th February 2020 at 11:00 hrs. We will be leaving mum and dads house at 10.30 hrs for the service and burial at All Saints Stand Church, Church Lane, Whitefield, Manchester, Great Manchester, M45 7NF.

The Royal Engineers will be carrying the coffin with their coffin drape, as Mike served 20 years with the RE TAVR. The Oldham Branch will provide a wreath in Fusilier Regimental colours.
After the service we invite you to join us to celebrate dads life at Sedgley Park Rugby Club, Park Lane, Whitefield, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M45 7DZ.
