Re(2): Down memory lane: Ohio State Fair pull in the '70s

I think pull had to stop for an hour for 50 50 club TV show and had to be over for evening entertainment shows at grandstand. Then later they moved out into parking lot toward what is now Crew Stadium before making last stop at northeast corner of fairgrounds toward Mcdonalds. Absolutely loved the 2 weeks in August pulling in Ohio that started with 3 or 4 days at OSF, then to BG and then Fort Recovery. That was like 8 to 10 sessions of pulling with all the stars of pulling. Pits were infield of racetrack if I remember right. And as Fonda mentioned Ed Johnson was announcer and in my opinion the best pulling announcer ever. We lost him way too young.
