AMP update

All,



There has been a lot of discussions and media attention around the Coronavirus (Covid-19) across the country with sporting events, schools, colleges, etc. shutting down, cancelling, or making alternate plans to aid in the prevention of spreading the virus. As of now, we are planning to proceed with the Annual Meeting Pull and Super Pull in Iowa. I am going to pose a few questions, and this may assist with your decision on if you attend or not. There are questions the company I work for have asked us to present to guests and people traveling to our office. They are basic questions.



Have you travelled to level 2 and 3 countries (China, Italy, South Korea, Iran, or Japan) in the past 14 days?
If you answer “Yes” to this question, you may want to consider your options of attending
Have you had close contact with any possible source of Coronavirus? (Travelers who have been to one of the destinations listed above)
If you answer “Yes” to this question, you may want to consider your options of attending
Have you had a fever of 37.8C / 100.4F within the past 24 hours and
Acute Respiratory Illness with at least 2 of the following: cough, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion
If you answer “Yes” to this question, you may want to consider you options of attending


Like I said, these are general questions that we need to ask ourselves, true, yes or no, when deciding to come to the pull in a week. The last couple refer to time periods within a day or two. This will be a day or two from the time you make your trip or arrive in Webster City, IA. If they were in the past days from the time of this email, then you are out of the time referenced.



Trying to not make this email any longer, we need to be mindful and respectful to each other when making our way to Iowa for the meeting and pulls. I would like to see everyone there, but we don’t need to make each other sick if we aren’t feeling well ourselves. It is your choice.
