Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

as the light in me went dark

He remarks of how Cullen would never put any mare over his men and for the first time since her meeting of him Khar finds her words at a loss. It was possible. That was how the peak worked so why wouldn't the lagoon men work in the same manner. Odd really, now that she thinks about it, that despite similar lifestyles neither side could seem to work in unison. Surely they would have been formidable were they ever to become allies.

He spends himself within her again and she hisses in disgust but her swollen fetlock hurt more than her desire to be rid of him. Not like she could actually get far limping and bleeding as she were. He moves closer to her again, his heavy breath against her ear as he murmurs his commandments. "You know your starting to repeat yourself. You're mine, you're mine... did that filly of yours buy into such crap?" she snaps tossing her proud head high despite the throbbing that wrecked her entire body now. She could feel his seed inside her, her body fluttering as mother nature rolled the dice now. Whether she liked it or not, she would soon lose her heat and her body would once more swell with an unborn foal. Ears pin tight against her skull as he threatens to keep her prisoner til the foal was born. In another time and place it would not be so bad growing fat on winter grasses here but this was her nemesis she spoke to. Her enemy. "You cannot keep me here forever. When I am free... The peak will hide your offspring and you will never meet it...." she snaps shifting away from him once again. Whether she liked it or not, at least until her wounds healed and the swelling dissolved in her ankle enough that she could stand for it to bare her weight, she was stuck here. "Take your pound of flesh all you want. It will never know your name. You will die a pauper." If he thought he could scare her into submission with mild threats he was a fool. She was a peak mare, a valkyrie. There was no threat worse than death.
