Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

*~My Next Collison Course~*

He paced the shorelines of the Lagoon, wondering how long he could wait before he had to go to Luthien to join in the war. He owed his loyalty to Cullen and the Lagoon, but he didn't understand the war, just that he was bound by his herd to fight for them. Argento's words stayed with him though. Would he die for the cause? He wasn't even sure what the cause was. He was a warrior, but he usually fought for the ones who couldn't, the ones that needed saving. None of the Lagoon members were weak, by any means, and he wasn't sure how he felt about the stallions stealing mares to bring here and considering them "trinkets." Cherokee had looked so upset when she asked for her freedom but he couldn't give it to her. He hated that mares were being forced to be here.

His ears flicked as he heard someone wandering nearby, his attention successfully distracted as he saw the painted mare. She looked...uncomfortable, to be honest. As he stepped closer, his ears pricked and he picked up on some of the words she was saying. Beds? Papa Bear? His head tilted as his tail swished at his flanks. He didn't know what in the world she was talking about but he could still be friendly, right? He cleared his throat. "Hello, there. I'm Collision. Is there anything I can do for you?"
