She sees the sheer terror in the mare's eyes as she silently pleads for her help. She was frozen, rightfully so, but Ysabel was frustrated. Things couldn't end this way, this couldn't be happening right now! Ysabel knew that Bjorn was gone as she had sent the wounded stallion away herself to save Elvira and Tigerlily. Osiris was all they had in this fight unless more of the herd mares showed up to help, but she fears they were all gone too. Nyimara, Elvira, and Tigerlily were all at the war and expect for this new mare she has never seen before, this was their whole herd left behind fighting off these Lagoon stallions.

Her ears twitch at yet another young voice filling the air of chaos. Elerona! Her eyes dart from Siobhan to the young filly who called to their attackers to get away. She was brave for doing so, but she was also smart enough to stay back. Siobhan's voice rose above the crowd as she finally makes a move. She advances on Cullen as Ysabel shouts to Elerona to stay where she was. She really couldn't deal with another foal jumping into this and she severely hoped Askold was still asleep where she left him. Her neck cracks with quick movement as she hears a new tussle erupting in front of her.

Cullen goes after Siobhan as Ysabel takes this chance to limp towards the foals behind the Lagoon Boss. Unfortunately, Cullen was keen on her plan and send a kick to her barrel that knocks her sideways a couple of steps. This battle was nothing like she fought for her current leadership position. This battle was about life and death and she wasn't about to lie down easily. She promised....

An angry squeal leaves her lips as she charges for Cullen with the last of her strength. She could feel the searing pain of her leg, the sting of her barrel, and feel the warmth on the back of her neck where Cullen had grabbed her. All her wounds were starting to become more real so she knew the adrenaline was wearing off. When it did she would feel everything and these wounds are much more serious than any wounds she had gotten from battle before. Still, she lunges for Cullen and lands a bite on his flank. She holds on for as long as she can, but he shakes her off and places his own bite on her shoulder as his body crashes into her own.

Her legs give out and she falls. She could hear Cullen's laugh ringing in her ears as the world seems to spin around her. She tries to stand but doesn't get far as she loses balance and collapses back onto the jungle floor. She doesn't remember much of what happens after that, but the next thing she sees is the two Lagoon stallions taking down Osiris, killing him. Her eyes widen in fear, she lay frozen in fear on the hard earth, as the Lagoon stallions leave with two foals swimming ahead of them in the ocean.
