Use caution when the wolf comes knocking;

The wolf adored her. Adored the creature that she was and the carnal hunger that she arose within him. None. There could never be another that encouraged him even when he wanted to do nothing more than burn the world to the ground.

Zjeena's change had been shocking, unsettling even in the eyes of the beast. Perhaps it was because the wolf never expected it of her, never imagined that deep beneath the stoic demeanor and caming eyes, there would be a wolf in waiting. She saw neither friend nor foe in those moments since her return from the bay and Rougaru was at a loss. He had charged off into the fray of the Bay only to be beaten back by the gray stallion. It had only infuriated him more.

Monster was his pleasure and his release. She moved with the same fire and burning passion that screamed his attention and screamed for it in full. When she was near, he felt those worries and those concerns dissipate from his skin. She took the venom and rage that burned within him and poured the gasoline to an already smoldering fire. Those eyes, one the pale blue of an icy berg, the other a brown so deep he imagined there no end. In those eyes he saw the same emotions raging within his own soul, the fire and hatred and love and affection. He would give his life for his herd but he would give his soul for Monster and Zjeena. They completed him.

She leans against his touch, her soft body sending shivers of pleasure coursing through his veins. Muscular neck arches possessively as he captures her muzzle against his own, pressing the warmth of his cheek against hers. "I would never let you go." he breathes, the words a heavy promise between them. Though she was not as openly affectionate with him as Zjeena, deep down he knew... this was that affection. The games. The taunts. All of them sung the song of the wolf and it was the wolf's golden eyes who blinked back at her now. "You are my soulfire." he murmurs, his breath hot against her skin. She burned like a thousand fires, always his beacon home no matter where it was the world led him to roam.
