She swivels her head to look down her nose at him and a smirk plays at the egde of her lips. How do I become something other than an erkek? His question causes her to momentarily still as the question fills the space between them. Her tail lashes across her dappled hindquarters as she contemplates her answer. How could she explain to this man that he could not escape his destiny? That an erkek he was born and that is all he would ever be. "It is for the gods to decide," she snorts as she impatiently shifts her weight from hoof to hoof. Erkets. She growls silently to herself. She clears her throat and raises her delicate head higher on her neck as a smile flickers across his lips. Her dark eyes narrow with suspicion as his next words leave his lips. Why would he want to help a complete stranger? She shifts her weight again as she weighs her options. He has knowledge of these strange lands, and this weighs in his favor but she needs no help of some erket. But her sister needs her. "Fine." she spits finally after several tense and quiet seconds. "The oracle is draped in onyx, with silvery milky eyes... she is of desert heritage, fine boned and lithe in bone," she snorts as she describes the oracle. She jerks her head back toward the beach. "How do I find the Falls?" she asks before she swivels her delicate crown to look at him once more. "And this Desert?" the fierce protector of nowhere |
