Vulcan herd -

I apologize it's taken me this long to address all of you after the war, and after all we've lost. I know we are all still grieving in one way or another. But for the safety and the future of our herd, we cannot continue on leaderless.

I stand before you today to nominate two of our ranks for positions of power. Božena has proven herself as a great warrior time and time again, most recently by bringing the Lagoon to its knees and dragging nearly all of its recruits here. I trust her to lead us as our General.

Adelheid has strong family ties to the Peak, and knows our history better than anyone else among our ranks. Her institutional knowledge and cunning wit would serve us well. Therefore I nominate her to follow in my dam's footsteps as Codebreaker.

As for our long vacant position of Prime Minister, I am up for this challenge, if you all agree. Otherwise I welcome any to speak up now if they want to be considered.
