He told her not to dismiss herself so easily and she gave a short snort in response. She didn't doubt the affections of her parents, but she knew a new foal on the ground would trump her mother's attention over a yearling daughter. She was kind of curious to see the new kid herself. Would she have a little brother or sister to look down to? If she was still around, she was totally going to lay the guidelines down for the little fellow or dudette and make sure they knew just how to push her parents' buttons. They needed to be trained right, right? She took that as a serious job, being a big sister in the future and all. Her father pointed out that she was the first born and princess of Atlantis. She held herself a little straighter (if that were possible) in the wake of his words, soaking them in like a sponge. He said her destiny would be mighty and she gave a grin. "Damn straight it will." She blurted out before realizing she cursed in front of her father. She ducked her head a little, though her eyes still had that daring gleam that said she wasn't sorry she said it. She would take the punishment if there was one cause she was determined to be just as mighty as he said. She would live up to their expectations and then some, she was sure of it. When she asked about Warsaw, he told her he was Ironclad's father and that Tunivel would be passed to Ironclad some day. She scowled at that, stomping her hoof. "Now, wait. So Ironclad's not even in charge yet?" That disappointed her a little. What kind of power would she have then? And who was this brother? Why did he get to share in the power? Could she have him offed or something so she didn't have to share? He went on to talk about his friendship with Warsaw and how he trusted him. She tilted her head, listening. She would have to make her own opinions on the stallion once she met him but she would be sure to keep all this in mind. If her father trusted him, then she was sure that would mean Warsaw would keep an eye on her as well once she was there out of his friendship with Rougaru if nothing else. She was sure they had all these details worked out or would before she got there. There must be a contract with set rules or something but maybe she needed to look over it first. Then he nudged her and she tossed her head in response, snorting as she swished her tail. He said they should find her mother now and break the news. He said it might not be so bad with her to defend him and she rolled her eyes. "I doubt even I can protect you from her." She murmured back with a smirk. Even so she trotted alongside him until she saw the familiar grazing form of her mother. Monster had gotten big as she got closer and closer to spring. Medusa often ragged on her about it, if only cause she knew her mother hated gaining so much weight. Even as she left her father's side to trot up to her, she tossed her head with a smirk, that mischeveous gleam in her eyes as Monster lifted her head and saw the two approaching. "Hey, hefty, what's cracking?" Medusa purred toward her mother, then quickly danced out of reach when Monster pinned her ears and lunged to nip at her ears in retaliation. "The cartilage of your pretty ear will be all that's cracking once I get done with you, sweetheart." She threatened but even Medusa caught the amusement in her voice as she growled the words. This was almost a daily thing with them by now. They were more akin to friends than mother and daughter as Medusa got older. Monster then turned her two toned eyes on Rougaru and tilted her head. "And what wild ideas have you put in our daughter's head now, Lizard king? Planning the next war already?"
