She liked that the longer she was around him, the more the colt seemed to relax and even grow curious of her. He got bolder as she stayed in his company, his ears pricked as he took deep inhales of her scent and moved forward to even explore her with his soft nose. Her skin shivered at his touch but she tried not to move too much even when it tickled, just letting him do his own exploring and get to know her. One ear stayed on him even as she saw him watching her from the corner of his eyes, wary almost like he expected her to berate him or something. She let out a soft sigh and relaxed further, her head lower to let him know she was completely relaxed and letting him do as he will. When she stepped further inland, she smiled as he mimicked her, obviously wanting to stay close to someone he was familiar with. She nodded to encourage him and moved along at a slow pace so he could look around too. She grabbed bites to eat as they went, her hunger never fully satiated as spring grew ever closer. His last fear of the ocean seemed to disappear when she shook her head at the water and she was glad for it. As they moved along, his boldness only grew and he moved out further to explore but never strayed too far. She watched him curiously as he played with leaves then jumped back in fright when they moved. Her blue and brown eyes twinkled, thinking of how Medusa used to do the same things when she was smaller and how the future child in her belly would probably be the same. She did enjoy being a mother, even though she had been unsure of it her first time. Medusa was a blessing and she didn't regret a thing. The foal born soon would be a blessing as well, she was sure of it. The blue painted colt before her was just another pleasant surprise to add to it and she couldn't wait to see what he accomplished. When the trail split, he looked back at her as if waiting for her move so she smiled and nudged her head toward the right, aiming to bring him further to the center of Paradise where there was plenty of flowing fresh water and good grass to eat. Also plenty of trees for shade if he wanted to take a nap.
