Geneva spent a lot of time at the oasis now and in the cave. Zubeia was not far from her. The two mares decided when their labors started at the same time they wondered off. The two paced and pushed and within a few minutes of each other each had a foal on the ground. Geneva's was a healthly little boy and Zubeia a little girl. The two mares were cleaning off the two youngings when all of a sudden they were surrounded by... Wolves? The wolves were damp which explains niether of them having run into them before.

Geneva and Zubeia snort and toss their heads protecting their foals. The wolves are then attacking viciously. The two mares screaming and lunging. Both taking bites from the wolves. It was Zubeia however that screamed bloody mary all of a sudden and as the wolves targeting her changed their target and moved to bring down Zubeia Geneva screamed but she knew it was a loss cause.I am sorry ZubeiaShe whispers and urges the two young foals away.

Zena barely on her feet when the attack happened watched as her mother was taken down by the pack and no sooner is the larger mare urging her and the mares son away. They move as fast as their little legs could carry. Geneva keeping the two in front of her. She calls out for anyone, cain or Harlequin or any of the others. She didn't know if the wolves would be satisified with just Zubeia and she could only defend the two young ones for so long. Her front left leg bled and she had anoticable limp. Her ears were flat back as well.
