PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

Ain't life just awful strange

a new world hangs outside the window
beautiful and strange
it must be I've fallen awake
I must be

The scent of stallions was hardly a rarity in the Peak terrain these days. Dozens of lazy bachelors dozed in the tall grasses of the low lying valley, now that Božena had defeated Cullen and dragged them all back here. It was a sight to behold, something Wasp was certain had never happened before in the long years of rivalry between the Lagoon and the Vulcan herd. She was proud of Božena, and proud of the herd here. Wasp felt like Macabre was proud of them too, as she watched over them from the heavens.

Much to Wasp's surprise, Rougaru's own son was among the recruits the Peak was now responsible for. He was a mouthy thing, lanky as much as he was cocky. Clearly he hadn't learned a thing in his short time in the Lagoon, but Wasp decided to take it upon herself to personally make sure he learned something from his time in the Peak.

When the silver bay stallion's call cut across the boulders, Wasp halted in surprise. Rougaru had never traveled to the Peak before - in the past, it was also she who braved the ocean for their occasional conversations. In quieter times, the stallion would have been surrounded by Vulcan warriors long before the dark bay mare could have scaled the mountain trail in time to greet him. But not today.

Her amber eyes fell onto the large stallion and she offered him a returning friendly nicker. "Rougaru," she said with a bob of her thick head. "Have you ever been to the Peak before?" She questioned him with a raised brow and curious smirk.
