As I stated, it would be unprofessional and not constructive to publicly share our private conversations or warnings with players we have received complaints about. We have never and will never post about these kinds of things openly, because ‘transparency’ in this respect cannot be at the expense of another player’s privacy and trust. Therefore, I can offer you no more evidence than my word, if you do not believe it, I cannot convince you otherwise.
Regarding transparency about other issues that were mentioned, we have stated that we are going to have a player discussion about many of them in the near future, when we have time to post it. The sudden surge in activity recently has provided us with a lot more work and a lot more suggestions than before, so it takes some time to work through, particularly when we are prioritising large projects such as new territories to accommodate the increase in players.
Shiva and I have been working on this situation all day, around our real-life commitments, since we became aware of it this morning (we are in the UK so are in a very different time zone to most of our members). We are contacting a number of players individually to investigate and resolve the aforementioned issues. We are sorry it is not faster, but it takes time for us to read up on everything, discuss it, and put together calm and coherent responses to everyone.
