PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

There was a flicker that caught the corner of Nekharat’s eye as she climbed the mountain—a shape that fluttered between the trees dotting the well-worn path to the summit upon which she carefully and deliberately maneuvered. It could have easily been light between the limbs, reflecting off the odd patch of old snow that lingered from the recent passing of winter, yet the red mare did not settle on this assumption. The feeling of being watched weighed on her, and when she at last reached the top, the watcher emerged—Amduat.

You have come, she uttered with a warm smile, one that Nekharat returned in earnest. She felt somewhat skeptical she would see Amduat again, but here she was, standing before her muddied and heavy with child.

“I’m glad to see you,” Nekharat mentioned truthfully. Part of the dread she felt on her journey here stemmed from uncertainty at who or what she might find. Amduat was at least a known entity—little known—but that was better than nothing and a situation she aimed to remedy today.

“Can you tell me about this place?” She asked inquisitively.
