It was almost disappointing that she didn't offer up any argument when he claimed that he won the race all those years ago. She only smirked like it wasn't a big deal. His brow lifted but that's the only response he gave. Oh well, he'd find some way to get under her skin. He'd just have to keep trying. When he tried to look apologetic, she only grinned and his eyes twinkled at the expression. So she wasn't convinced that he was actually sorry. Good for her. He always knew she was smart. Her eyes seemed to light up when he offered another race, like she couldn't wait to start. Good cause neither could he. As she danced on her paws, he chuckled in amusement. She agreed eagerly enough when he laid out the rules, even glancing his way just as he wanted when he pointed out that she dropped something. He laughed as he bolted forward on the command of go, hearing her give out a huff before he could hear her pounding paws behind him. He pushed for all he was worth but he could tell he wasn't gaining much. When he felt the first tug, his nose wrinkled and his brows drew together in puzzlement. At the second, harder tug, he growled and spun around on his attacker, only to find himself launching at Dandelion herself! He couldn't stop his momentum as he launched himself at her incoming body, enough to probably send both of them rolling the rest of the way. Dang his luck! Despite himself though, he couldn't stop the laugh that bubbled in his throat.
