A soft smile tugs at his lips as she looks up at him, her eyes look up at him full of wonder as she extends her muzzle towards his. He in turn reaches down to briefly touch the soft velvet of her lips and her sweet foal scent fills his nostrils. It reminds him of Sigurdr, of Askold, of Elerona...
Glacial eyes are drawn to his sweet Sio as she speaks again and draws him from the thoughts that threaten to darken his mood. Róisín. The name is beautiful and fitting of their daughter. His ears cup the soft sound of Róisín as she begins to giggle, but it is too much for the filly who is learning to balance. He watches with wide eyes as she begins to teeter toward him on shaking legs and lands with a thump into his chest. A laugh bubbles into his throat as she thumps into him. His throaty laugh pours from his lips and out into the clearing around them.
He looks down at her with joyful tears brimming in his eyes. "Are you okay my dea' dóttir?"
