[OOC]
I was picturing Dakota/Aura trying to make her way over to Anai's ship but left it vague in case you had other ideas! ;)

"Nettie, how many times do I have to tell you-" Anaisa began, her current voice much different from her usual one. It had taken her much longer than she'd have liked to convince Nettie to stop bowing and scraping, convinced the real Tsi had come out of hiding specifically to test whether or not she'd continue being irritatingly polite after he repeatedly told her hey, jackass, it's not Tsi it's your sister.

Nettie looked up from where she knelt, tenderly washing Tsi's feet. Anai glowered down at her, but Nettie's expression was unbothered. "It's a god's body, Anaisa. You must treat it with respect," she admonished, as if this were common knowledge everyone should have.

"Yeah, well, I'm the one in the body and I can tell you from the voice in the back of my head even the god's feeling awkward as fuck about this."

Nettie paused, sitting back to survey her with a critical eye. "I thought you said you were alone in there."

"I was, I mean, I am. It comes and goes. Either way, I'm uncomfortable and isn't that enough?"

Nettie tsk'd, giving a final patch of dust a scrub before she began carefully drying the feet. "Like I'd trust you, Anaisa. You always were one to spin a yarn when the mood suits. Mystic Meg, get the cards!"

The small brown rat peeped curiously over the rim of Nettie's bag, its little pink nose twitching. It would be a wholly unremarkable creature if not for the bright red gem firmly planted in its forehead - and, of course, the cloth-wrapped packet of miniature tarot cards it drew out after it. The rat galloped over to Nettie, placing the bundle in her lap before nibbling at the offered carrot in her hand. Anai groaned.

"Not the damn cards. Nettie, we don't have time-"

Nettie hushed her. "Have respect for the process!" she snapped, uncharacteristically fierce in that moment. "Mystic Meg is a genius!"

She quickly shuffled the cards, split them, and then set them before the rat. Meg flipped over a few cards and eyed them seriously.

"A man approaches," said the rat in the low, creaky voice of a crone. "Oh, oh my."

"What it is, madam?" Nettie asked, leaning in closer. The rat winked at her.

"He's a handsome young man."

Anaisa groaned, flopping back dramatically in her seat. Her annoyance only grew when a man close to their age parted from the brush. Of course the rat was right. Of course. She gave the rat a mocking round of applause before turning narrowed eyes to the man.

"What're you lookin at?" she growled in Tsi's voice.
