PROMISE LIVES WITHIN YOU NOW

DARKNESS HAS COME

MAY IT BE AN EVENING STAR SHINES DOWN UPON YOU.
MAY IT BE WHEN DARKNESS FALLS YOUR HEART WILL BE TRUE.
YOU WALK A LONELY ROAD.
OH, HOW YOU ARE FROM HOME.
BELIEVE AND YOU WILL FIND YOUR WAY.
PROMISE LIVES WITHIN YOU NOW.

His heart was fluttering now that Thea was back. He feared she was slipping away just as Lucifina and his young daughter had. Did he do something wrong to make them all scatter? Fears bubbles in his gut the more he thought about it. It hasn't been that long since he announced to the herd an intruder had tried to take them all, but he had not been completely honest about what happened. They could have discovered the body and thought ill of him for it.

Roheryn found himself swimming deep into the sea towards the main island. You would think he would have known what he was doing, but he really didn't. He didn't realize when the warm water touched his body that he was leaving his island, his herd, behind. The realization didn't come to him until he was in a mid swim with no landmasses nearby. "Where am I going?" He mutters the question as he keeps pace towards the commons. Something draws him to the common beach.

The first thing he sees when he arrives in the commons was the bay pony mare walking away from the ocean. He gets a feeling from her that something was off so his chivalrous nature pulls him towards her. He follows her quietly for a few paces before he finally speaks up. I guess it was time he took some measures at moving forward with his herd and continuing to grow his family. Roheryn was not one to place a claim on a mare, but he had this idea in his head that this drama with Solomon was far from over. Just as Feray had done, he may need another puzzle piece in order to keep his family safe.

But was he really ready to sacrifice someone to keep the peace? This mare already seems to have enough trouble on her plate. "Is something wrong miss?" He stops his advances to make her feel less uncomfortable while he asks her what was going on. "Anything I can do to help?" A stallion coming to claim a mare didn't usually offer their help first, did they?
