New national contract for middle grades

Anybody knows about the new contract coming in effect from 2020 affecting all middle grades? I know that many will be asked to pack up (locums and short term contracts and visa people will be first casualty), and all middle grades will be brought under a single umbrella designation of some sort. Working evening shifts and weekends will be the new norm for everybody. Anything else?
