PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

My Vengeance Will Be So UNREAL

Don’t you dare interfere me...
...slow me down or impede me.
Adelheid

The air itself had begun to wreak. It seemed as though everywhere she looked there were stallions. Their sheer numbers had become astounding, to the point she was fairly sure there were more stallions in the Peak than there were mares. It irked the dark Vulcan more than she cared to let on. As she raised her children, she tried dutifully to give the men the benefit of the doubt, to stand by the choices her sisters in arms had made, and to hold true to the deal she had made with Rade. Still, it did not stop her lips from peeling back when a stallion of the Lagoon came too close to Claudya or Sciannath.

Adelheid knew Bozena had taken a patrol, freeing her of the responsibility for the time. Deciding her children were old enough, hopefully smart enough, they did not need her constantly, she had stepped away from them for her own peace of mind. She allowed her mind to wander through the trails she walked and follow any passing thought that seemed to poke at her attention. She muddled over where her sister was, or her other siblings, the state of the Peak, and the problem of the stallions in their territory. This was the one that seemed most consistently pressing to her. With the turn of the seasons she had thought about making a call to release some of their prisoners. Since Cullen had attempted to sneak in and steal those under their protection… Adelheid’s thoughts of mercy had dissipated in the heat of her anger.

At the call through the air, a dark ear quirked and blue eyes narrowed. Unbidden, her lips curled back again. This was clearly a stallion who had not been taking residence here and therefore was less than welcome. At least this one had the decency to politely announce himself. Ears flat against her neck, the Vulcan changed her direction. As she approached, she was pleased to see Bozena already greeting the stallion. She quickly assessed the situation and figured she could at least try to relax, much like her larger sister. Greetings. she said as she approached. Adelheid, Codebreaker of the Peak. Her voice was chilly and hard like the mountains themselves. For being their elected diplomat, she was not one of many words.
