Rules• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. • Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. • All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. • Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. • You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. • Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce. |

Brothers,
Yes, I lack the experience of leading. So I come to you with an older stallion, who has led the Lagoon before as an advisor, and yet you still call out my age. You all hid behind the leader's skirts like cowards. Stooped your heads to lick his boots and pretended it was only to tie his shoelaces. I would have supported any of you as a new leader, my true brothers, if you had only believed yourself better qualified than I for the job.
But you all know that none of you are brave enough to do it either. I will not stay to support a villain. And that is all Cullen is. Nor will I sit idly by and do nothing in the hopes that the lot of you will suddenly gain courage or conscience. For now, I bid you all goodbye and despite my disappointment wish you all the best.
Don't mistake his sudden renewed interest in you as genuine care. If he cared, he wouldn't have waited until his authority was questioned to start doing something. To look beyond the bond he shares with Varanduil and give a shit about the men he leads.
I thought we were better than this. I sincerely hope, for your sakes, that moving forward Cullen is the man you all think he is and not the man I know him to be.
