Going To The Dogs?

I find it amusing that more and more radio shows have dogs barking in the background. Not only has it become more common for listeners calling in, but as more air personalities have started broadcasting from home, a dog barking in the background has become a regular thing for professional (?) radio broadcasters, too.

It has become more common, as the corona virus has forced more people to do their radio shows or reports from home. We haven’t yet degenerated to the point where dogs are barking in the background of news and weather forecasts, but any talk between radio people is likely to have Rover joining in.
