 The Arch. With her. His ears immediately disappear beneath his unkempt onyx forelock. Mother? She had come for Siobhan again? Even after he had asked her to leave her alone... for him? He slowly and numbly begins to shake his head back and forth. Why? And as the disbelief begins to fade, anger takes its place. Anger with his mother for hurting Ro. Anger with his father for leaving when he did. Anger. His icy eyes narrow. "I begged her to leave your mother alone," he growls. He turns his head away from her. Maybe mother didn't listen because she didn't care. She didn't care about him, all she cared about was revenge and hatred. Siobhan had been there for him, from the moment they had met all those months ago, she had treated him with love and kindness. He swallows back the anger that threatens to bubble up and out of his mouth. Her words draw him away from the burning anger. It is my fault. His brow furrows as she recalls what happened. "OUR mother did what any good mother would of. She protected you even if it meant she would have to go with them," he gently bumps her with his whiskered muzzle. "I have seen our mother fight and trust me, she is capable and strong," he tries his best to breath hope back into her. "I promise," he pauses as he pulls his muzzle back so he can look into her eyes "We will bring mother back to you." He then wraps his neck around her withers once more. He can feel the sobs that shake her body and he wishes he could take her pain away. He would do anything to heal her soul and comfort her in her pain and sorrow. "I need you to be strong. Okay? Can you do that for me?" he asks as he finally steps back and pushes his muzzle against hers.
