Simply because this forum has become overrun with staff grades attacking both junior trainees and senior consultants. I'm bored of hearing how every problem is someone else's along with unsubstantiated claims that department x is toxic.
Just shut-up, man-up and actually do some of that famous work you claim you do that saves the department on a daily basis.
The satff grades I respect are work horses - just like the junior trainees and consultants that I respect. Not fools who come on here with an axe to grind because they've found that the job they've selected has no career progression.
