Bill thank you for a most educational read from
our Old Military Law prof. his remains lie in the USNA Cemetery, with his wife daughter of Adm Carney.He was an unique Navy
"Character" of the old Navy we knew and his comment the Japanese on missing the tank farm & ammo dumo is spot on. A true Naval officer.
