PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

*~My Next Collison Course~* Bozena

one hundred miles an hour...

The stallion had never felt so lost as he did watching Rhadra and Izzy disappear into the distance. They wanted a change of scenery, new adventure. Rhadra felt like she'd been isolating herself all her life and she didn't want that for herself or for Izzy. She wanted to get out and see the world. Collision couldn't blame her. He just wished she didn't have to leave. He'd only just gotten back into the routine of hanging out with them again and living in the Peak. Now, what was there for him? He looked around at the beauty of the mountains and knew there had to be more for him, but he couldn't quite bring himself to leave.

Deciding he knew where to start, he trotted toward the valley and called out for Bozena. As the elected leader of the Peak and someone he considered a friend, he thought maybe she'd have an idea or two for him. If she was more comfortable with him leaving, he would do as she bid. But this had become so much like a home to him when he was here with Rhadra that he couldn't quite bring himself to just leave. Not that he had any idea where he would go anyway. He'd only ever lived here and the Lagoon. He'd traveled to other islands and seen the beauty in them while looking for Shenzi, but none of them called to him as the mountains did. He waited patiently for the mare to appear, grazing along the stream.
