Yes most people have to have more skills than just reading 3x5 cards! And most big companies provide Lunch and Learn and professional education seminars to keep their people, their ASSETS, up to date.
That was the biggest difference I noticed after broadcasting. Employee training. Broadcasters expect you to hit the ground runnin on your first airshift, before you even get unpacked from the last market! Replies: There have been no replies.
