THere have been some really good Itunes amateur jocks putting playlists on iTunes, but with video. Jeez, all that familiar music and before MTV....songs I'd heard whenI was young but never saw them perform, except for itunes.
I put a bunch of them on one of my websites but they dont stay long because as fast as people post oldies, the owners get em pulled. I think the government is protecting copyright too long. After 20 years or so they should become public domain, like patents. As it is, we have to wait what seems like forever to get generic lifesaving drugs.
They made their money!
Same with movies. So many fabulous movies over the years but the cable companies keep running the same ones over and over.
Clearly they want us to pay per view so they run crap on basic subscriptions, which are plenty expensive. When cable first started in the 80s, the cable channels ran tons of variety, great movies I'd never seen.
Now they run their product into the ground, just like top 40 radio! Netflix and the streamers are gonna kill cable if they dont' wake up and not be so greedy! Replies:
