I think this is probably more due to winter kill than the quality of the water. I often gets reports of dead turtles in the spring from Tiny and Wye Marsh. If turtles don't dig in the mud deep enough for winter, they freeze in shallow pools and don't survive the winter. Replies: There have been no replies.
