After watching a great class from a motivational expert, I was able to put you in the box where I think you're the most unhealthy person I've ever known.
My advice for other people is that most of this page is negative and that's unhealthy for everyone. Start your day better and it will turn out better.
And ignore the haters, they're just trying to bring you down to where they are. That explains why the successful media people dont' even come in here. Just sayin. If you come in here as much as once a week, you need a 12 step program to get rid of your negativity addiction. Yesterday's lecture I saw at a conference got me back on track.
