Companies Are Still Racist

Today, President Joe Biden will sign the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act which will make June 19th a Federal Holiday and since the Holiday this year will fall onto a Saturday, the holiday will be observed tomorrow (June 18th). I was wondering what the company policy will be regarding for this day tomorrow and moving forward.
