Sekhmet took a moment to inhale deeply the soft scent of sea before her opal eyes peered into the amethyst eyes of the smaller woman. Listening intently her eyes glittered in a quieted anger towards Spirane. The woman refused to be enveloped by memories of a prior youth and yet the prospect of roaming, however minimum, peaked her interest. Soon the smaller framed, fem's words meet her ears once again and a half smirk briefly graced her features. Flattery was rarely declined and she could appreciate the woman's charisma.
The behemoths head titled slightly askew when Auri had spoken of her father being a diplomatic man. She had seemed sad or perhaps disheartened when she spoke of him. Part of her mind wondered if he had died and perhaps that was the reason for the woman's pause. It took a brief moment for the the dark woman to realize Auri had tilted her head at her and has been smiling. With a shake of her ruff Sekhmet centered her attention back on the small woman.
She spoke several other languages? Well admittedly it made sense considering she didn't favor this tongue either and yet the dark Pharaoh assumed it might be connected to the fact her father was a diplomat though she couldn't place it for certainty. It wasn't until she mentioned the melts that drew her attention. Admittedly Asteraia had a rather normal winter. She offered a non at the woman's offer. Perhaps her limbs could use a good stretch and make a short journey to see what has become of the lands so close to her home.
She carried on to mention her family and part of her debated the idea though her attention at that point wouldn't be very focused on her new companion.
