He liked to check in on his family, but he was never one to be held down for long. Too much to see and explore! His sister, Melee, called most of his attention when he did check in. He felt protective over her because of her illness when she was younger. She seemed alright now, but the feeling hung on. When the scent of Rhaegal hit his nose, Eldrax grinned and turned his head, tail wagging happily at the sight of his father. A bark of greeting left his jaws as the older male trotting up beside him and nudged his shoulder. His eyes lit up, clearly wanting to make his father proud as he straightened up and listened as Rhaegal told him the female before them was family. He gasped in happy surprise, turning back to the female. As his father stepped forward to hug her, Eldrax's whole body started to squirm with joy, glad to see the smile on his father's face and on the female he was embracing. She looked touched by the moment, her eyes glistening as she burrowed into Rhaegal's chest. Eldrax let out a soft sigh of contentment. As she leaned around to tell him he was handsome, Eldrax beamed at her, eyes twinkling. "Thank you, miss! You're quite pretty, yourself." He said with a polite dip of his head. It seemed the nice thing to say back. She was older, but she had an ageless beauty about her that was hard to deny to anyone with eyes. The female said she missed everyone and he couldn't help but add. "I'm sure they missed you, too!" For who wouldn't miss her? Then she thanked him, saying she couldn't ask for a better welcoming party and he grinned again at her. "Think nothing of it, miss. If you ever need an escort, you can always let me know. I've done a lot of exploring." His grin turned impish. Yes, he knew all the fun places around Spirane.
