Could anyone direct me to a way so that I can id the OC RAAF Richmond early 1966. I cant remember who it was that presented my Brevet to me , I have a photo but his back is turned. I thought it was Dave Hitchins bit it has been pointed out to me that the person is an Air Commodore and Dave was a WING Co at the time. Bob Wheeler organized the presentation so maybe he can help.
