It was time. She'd been missing her parents something awful, but now she finally had something to show them. She knew Revna was young, but she also knew the filly was fierce and they could make it to Paradise. She was sure of it. Just to be on the safe side, the mare pulled her daughter more toward her back once they got in the water, making sure her front leg and head was wrapped over her withers before she set out on the swim. Revna trembled a little as the cold of the water hit her skin but otherwise, she only seemed curious as they set out across the ocean and away from the only home she'd known for the few precious months of her life. Ironclad had left, so Medusa had to make some changes. Starting with letting her parents know she was alive and well and they were grandparents. It might not be the first time for Rougaru, but she was sure her mother would want to meet her first grandchild. She wondered if there would be some siblings to meet when she got here. Would Loupgaru be around? She hadn't seen him since he was barely born. He must be so big now! Excitement made her tremble as she saw the outline of Atlantis ahead. Smiling to herself, she churned her legs faster. Finally on shore, she shook out her coat and threw up her head, calling out for her parents. Revna trembled beside her, but was quick to mimic her mother in shaking out her coat. Long term, Medusa wasn't sure what her and Revna were going to do for a home, but she had plenty of time to figure that out. First, she would reunite with her parents and go visit an old but dear friend.
