Yes, Will, it's Winter--for the body that is failing, though the mind continues to think of Spring, when the world is reborn. A nap at midday and strong drink after dinner keeps us moving forward. I think it was Satchel Paige who said, "Don't look back. They're gaining on you." Old in body, young at heart. Even though I can no longer catch the young chicks, I still enjoy the view--and the dirty thoughts.
