So what you're basically saying is that there's a point when someone is so old, he's irrelevant and gone so downhill, what he's learned, who he's known and how he thinks has fallen so much he becomes effete, that is, unable to lead and execute the job.
Well Biden doesnt have much on me agewise but at his age, all he has to do is say yes or no to his advisors after deciding among the alternatives he's presented.
Unlike Trump who didn't listen to anyone and so the government could do no more than he and Fox news could devise, Biden surrounds himself with liberal thinkers and chooses the best he's offered.
I think even at his age, he can do that better than any Republican simply because I reject pretty much ALL of their visions. Biden knows how to work with people, he's built up capital with people and he listens and so depending on his advisors, has as much vision as all of them put together.
Thats what I expect of a leader under ordinary circumstances. We were lucky to have JFK with the Cuban Missiles, and Reagan with Gorbechev. Most of the rest of our leaders were caretakers (except Trump) because the opposition wouldn't let them lead with their visions.
I don't trash Biden. Yet. If America has any capital left, he'll use it to benefit the most people. To that, he serves those who put him there. How refreshing! Replies:
