That's hard to say, FM is a line of sight spectrum, which is why they place antennae up on tall towers. A typical FM signal goes 65-80 miles - or the distance from the top of the tower to the horizon. People used to say KY102 had the biggest signal, probably because there are ways to correctly engineer a station so it sounds good despite static and multi-path. Over time, as KC gained more signals, a number of rimshots were moved-in to gain more stations. Many of these are not at full 100kw but do gain the ERP because of height and proximity to downtown.
