I think Tavas will come back to the Cove eventually, just not sure when. She'll definitely need to be filled in on all the drama - and she'll probably seek out her siblings here eventually at some point. (Also thinking about bringing back Letavice eventually... ;) )
I like the Windfola/Jabari idea! He really just needs a place to land for a while. And he's a nice guy willing to help someone out.
