Ladies of the Peak,

I have lived here for the last few years ever since my brothers were taken captive. I was always considered free by the late Bozena, but I stayed to be with my brothers. It wasn’t fair they were held captive and I could go back home to the Lagoon. If they were suffering I chose to suffer with them. Much time has passed since then and they were freed awhile back, but I have remained (even though Bozena said I could go). I stayed because of my young daughter. Wytche’s mother died here in the Peak giving birth to her after she came to the Peak to keep hidden from Cullen. I have stayed to raise her here in safety, but I feel it is now time for us to leave.

I am asking for permission to leave the Peak with my daughter Wytche. If it pleases you Oswin I may also be able to tell you my side of the story about what happened between the last Prime Minister and the Lagoon. I can also give you intel on my father in case he would ever return to cause the Peak harm.
