As to your habitual doxing pastings, well you still have some growth to do.
I'm not sure narcissists can do that because I've seen nothing in the literature that suggests it's controllable. Most writing about 'my life with a narcissist' suggests just getting away from em. Unlike autism, which can be slightly controlled are pills to reduce meltdowns. Maybe religion and reason can help narcissists to look at life and others in a different manner--to look beyond egos and the needs to control or bully their victims.
You've probably noticed most of my answers to you over the years have been either to develop some humility before you bully, or other thoughts related to personal growth. Thats admittedly me talking without benefit of training in that field. But I've read on the topic since college days but after just 6 ours of head classes. And if you know how the psych comminity deals with addiction, they go for root causes so theres lots of mental health education, as opposed to worthless AA which is about praying away a disease...an utter waste of time, I learned. But you can't tell those folks anything, the Big book's their Bible and most of their steps are religious. I digressed.

Dad got me into the topic because in teh late 50s, he was an adman so introduced me to Dale Carnagie and Vance Packard's Hidden Persuaders. So I've always paid attention to motivation and political and product persuasion, mostly political.
Have a good weekend, try hard to work on having good intent. It sells better and always makes one feel good look practicing positive thinking. You're the only sales slug I've ever known thzt doesn't at least not in here.
But negative thinking's highly contagious and its plentiful on Gateway as you know.
