KCTV Sloppy Breaks

Wonder whether KCTV's new ownership group will insist on 'cleaner' spot sets?
Like when was the last time Channel 5 during a CBS Late Show break went back to the network without hitting the last split second of a network PSA.
Same occurs more often than not during CBS Sunday Morning show.
KCTV seems to be the sloppiest station in the market these days---almost as bad as coming out of local spots on Spectrum cable.
