TV coverage has dropped off, but - Biden is speaking at the KCATA, over by 18th and The Paseo. There was talk that Joey would be given a quick tour of the 18th & Vine area; Jazz District, Negro Leagues Hall of Fame, a few more things.
Just a guess, but - Bryant's BBQ is at 15th and Brooklyn, walking distance from there. Bryant's has long been a favorite place to take visiting (Democrat) presidents. I’d guess KCPD and the Secret Service would like to keep Biden’s lunch plans a secret, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they found time to slip into Bryant’s for lunch.
