What if KCPD Chief Rick Smith was BLACK and had said, �The mutha-fuckah is dead,� or �The niggah is dead,� when Cameron Lamb was shot dead?

Do you think we�d have been hearing civil rights groups having a fit and calling for Chief Smith�s dismissal for the past two years?
