Me, I no longer worry about being nuked in the middle of the night with Biden at the controls because Putin knows Biden would retaliate. Except for when Trump was in office, MAD's worked all my life. Unlike his predecessor he's predictable and thats the most secure Defcon there is. THIS Christmas I expect all the bad leaders of the world rest easier like I do.
